401(k) Retirement Benefit
- Choose from traditional pre-tax or Roth after-tax options
- Enroll as early as the first of the month after your hire date
- URAC contributes 3% of your salary every pay period (after 6 months of service)
- We also contribute an additional 1–3% annually based on how long you’ve been with us

- Short-Term: 70% of your salary, for up to 13 weeks
- Long-Term: 60% of your salary (up to $12,500/month)
- Coverage starts the first of the month after your hire date
