URAC is proud to celebrate National Public Health Week and thanks our public health partners who bring their strengths and talents to the work we do to improve health care outcomes.
A commitment to public health ensures that our food and water are safe, children have regular vision and hearing screenings and individuals receive the vaccines they need. It also makes sure new parents have support as they transition into their roles, people with disabilities can safely move around their neighborhoods and members of a community have access to care.
URAC’s Health Equity and Community Health Worker Program accreditations would not have been made possible without our public health partners from the American Public Health Association, the University of Maryland’s School of Public Health, the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis and the Kentucky Department for Public Health.
URAC is honored to work with and celebrate public health workers and their organizations during National Public Health Week 2025.
