URAC welcomes a conversation to discuss your organization and special pricing, which involve criteria such as:
- Total revenue in the most recent fiscal year
- Closely held company status
- Community pharmacy or closed-door pharmacy model

The program helps highlight the work your organization already does or can help guide your practice as you build the infrastructure to support specialty patients.
Who May Apply: Types of Small Speciality Pharmacies
To be eligible for URAC’s Small Business Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation, an organization must provide for the dispensing of specialty medication(s) to consumers and provides patient management services and meet the above criteria for a small pharmacy. - Small Local Pharmacies
- Private Pharmacies
- Community Pharmacies
- Independent Pharmacies
- FQHCs (Federally Qualified Health Centers)
