Who May Apply: Types of Small Speciality Pharmacies
To be eligible for URAC’s Small Business Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation, an organization must provide for the dispensing of specialty medication(s) to consumers and provides patient management services and meet the above criteria for a small pharmacy.
